I've been involved in athletics my entire life and fell in love with the gym in grade 10. Now I help people train with more confidence, more structure, and a plan they can actually follow.

What got me into coaching wasn't a business idea — it was seeing how quickly the gym can change someone's confidence when they finally have the right guidance. My job is to make training approachable, effective, and built around your real life.

Absolutely not — beginners are welcome and honestly a favourite to work with. Every program starts with a proper assessment so Ben understands exactly where you're at. You'll never be thrown in the deep end.
Both. In-person sessions are available in North Vancouver, BC. Online coaching is available to clients anywhere in the world — everything is delivered through a coaching app with video demonstrations, check-ins, and direct messaging.
This is built around your schedule. Whether you have 3 hours or 6 hours a week, Ben will design around what you actually have — not an ideal version of your week. Most clients train 3–5 days per week.
A gym membership is ideal but not required. Programs can be adapted for home gyms or minimal equipment. Just let Ben know what you have access to during the consult.
It's a 15-minute video or phone call — completely free, no strings attached. You'll talk through your goals and background, Ben will answer any questions you have, and you'll both figure out if it's a good fit. No pressure to sign up.
